Open Door Legal seeks a dedicated attorney licensed in California to represent clients in San Francisco Superior Court in probate, estate planning, conservatorships, and elder abuse matters. You will manage a full caseload with empathy and efficiency, guiding clients through complex court processes to protect homes and communities.

Requirements include active California State Bar membership and at least two years of relevant experience, plus strong time management, writing, and tech skills

• Represent clients in San Francisco Superior Court in probate, estate planning, conservatorships, and elder abuse matters.
• Manage a full caseload, from intake through case closure, ensuring efficient and empathetic service.
• Empower clients by providing clear information and navigating complex court systems to protect their homes and community.

Requirements:

• Active California State Bar membership and at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong time management, writing, and technology skills (Salesforce, Dropbox, Google Suite).
• Cultural humility and trauma-informed advocacy for low-income and vulnerable populations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $40.14-$47.84 ($83,500-$99,500 annual equivalent) based on experience.
