• Work Order response
• The Turn and Make Ready process
• Hands-on repairs
• Perform deep cleans of vacant units to prepare for new residents (move-in/move-out cleaning)

• Assist with move-in and move-out for all tenants
• Provide excellent customer service to residents when interacting onsite
