Qualifications

• Must hold an active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Must have an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee the pharmacy as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts and coach the team to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Support patient experiences with empathy, collaborating with the total healthcare team and resolving issues.
• Proactively offer immunizations and support Technicians to immunize when permitted.
• Manage inventory with attention to cold chain protection and best practices.
