Position summary: We are currently hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) TEMP to PERM Patient Service Representatives (PSR). The Patient Service Representative provides information, support, encouragement, and assistance to patients and families as they arrive at the health care facility. This role greets and registers patients and visitors, verifies and records patient information, and provides comfort and empathy to patients while maintaining the waiting room. This role provides accurate and consistent information to patients, schedules appointments, and resolves patient concerns.
Minimum: $18.75/hour; Maximum: $18.75/hour
Applicants must be comfortable working onsite, based out of The Bronx, and have availability to commit to a schedule of 40 hours per week, working Monday through Friday with E/O Saturday or Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
