Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. is seeking a polished Retail Sales Associate in Santa Clara to meet individual sales objectives and develop strong client relationships.

You will maintain high service standards, possess deep product knowledge of luxury jewelry collections, and foster boutique relationships while delivering after-sales support. The role requires standing most of the day and providing exceptional service on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to understand client priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; good computer literacy.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist with store duties as needed.

Overview

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the objective of this role if to achieve individual sales objectives; developing and servicing the customer.

Primary responsibilities

Achieve preset sales objectives. Develop network and clientele. Capture client information; consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships and sales Possess strong product knowledge of the various collections Provide outstanding customer service. Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after sales service techniques. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred. Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect. Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday Reaching to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves Bending to access product stored within cabinets Occasional need to use a ladder to reach product Unpacking and/or lifting of large boxes that contain product

Compensation

Expected Hourly Range: $21-$26. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
