Job summary

CONAM Management is seeking a Leasing Professional for Vivere Flats in Anaheim, CA. This part-time, temporary role focuses on leasing activities, tours, applications, and renewal strategies to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will promote the community, coordinate move-ins, and support ongoing leases while collaborating with the Community Manager and team. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in sales or leasing property management.
• Proven ability to help people find suitable apartment homes and meet leasing goals.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and property management software like Yardi or MRI.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing: promote the community, conduct tours, and manage online listings.
• Lease signing and move-in coordination: screen applicants, prepare leases, coordinate moves.
• Resident satisfaction and retention: build relationships to encourage renewals and address concerns.
• Sales and lead generation: convert leads to leases and generate new prospects.
• Administrative support: maintain records and assist the Community Manager with renewals and compliance.
