Job Opportunity: Organizational Consulting Psychologist

Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Consulting Psychologist for a temporary 6-month position.

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Core Duties:
  1. Practice within the guidelines of their state licensing board, American Psychological Association Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct, and MTF privileges.
  2. Adhere to appropriate Army OTSG/MEDCOM, DHA, and/or Combatant Command Force Health Protection policies for deployment assessments.
  3. Provide subject matter expertise and consultation to commanders or unit leadership (Active Duty or DOD Civilian) on human performance factors, including policy application, work schedule issues, managing maladaptive behaviors, resilience training, environmental challenges, and motivational strategies.
  4. Offer leadership coaching to help leaders at all levels leverage their personal skills to maximize performance in personal, mission, and organizational goals.
  5. Coordinate and liaise between leadership and installation medical resources to identify resource needs for individuals and mission performance.
  6. Develop training and educational programs that integrate science and best practices of organizational and individual health and wellness, aligned with current DOD and Army policies.
  7. Travel to MSCs as directed by the OTCS to provide supportive services, briefings, and data collection.

Travel Requirements: OCPs are required to visit designated locations within their area of responsibility for the purpose of providing services, briefings, and data collection.
