Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an OnSite Specialist to support operating room teams in Burnsville, MN and surrounding accounts. This temporary, six-month assignment focuses on ensuring equipment readiness, rapid troubleshooting, and seamless procedural workflows.

You will set up towers and systems, adjust device settings intraoperatively, perform basic maintenance, and document usage and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 3+ years of relevant work experience, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of work experience.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts, and arrive within 45 minutes when on call.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently; ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and use fine motor skills for extended periods.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and time-management skills; proficient with basic computer applications and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products to ensure readiness before procedures.
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and ensuring seamless workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain high service reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, biomedical, and other partners to deliver excellent service and build relationships.
• Maintain documentation of procedures, usage, and metrics to ensure compliance.
