Job description

A temporary (maternity cover) part-time (5 hours a day) position in the London team at 90 North.

Managing the day-to-day operations of the company along with administration and HR.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage any HR related matters including recruitment and new starters.
  • Preparation of marketing materials for investors.
  • Manage budgets, all external contracts and monitor expenses.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, Asset Management, Investment) to support business objectives.
  • Manage all marketing including monthly newsletters, LinkedIn and any PR.
  • Manage quarterly investor reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have:

  • Passion, precision and perseverance.
  • Proven experience in an operations or admin role.
  • Proficiency with business software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates should ideally have:

  • Relevant experience in marketing and HR.
