QPS Employment Group is seeking a Temporary Onsite Recruiter to support the Littleton, CO desk. You will conduct telephone interviews, lead facility tours, verify I-9s, run drug and background screenings, and onboard new associates.

The role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-hire onsite position with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Document candidate and client records in the system.
• Manage attendance and callouts for 1st shift; backup for others as needed.
• Assist with safety walks and incident investigations.

Job description

Position Title: Temporary Onsite Recruiter Wage: $22.00 - $24.00/hour, depending on experience

This position will be a temp-hire onsite recruiter for QPS onsite in Littleton, CO. The primary purpose will be to assist employees at the QPS desk, conduct telephone interviews, lead facility tours, verify I-9s, perform drug and background screening, and onboard new associates.

Onsite Recruiter Responsibilities

• Answer job applications and follow up on referrals.
• Lead facility tours for prospective associates
• Provide regular updates to client supervisors, client HR and QPS corporate departments
• Run the E-Verify process and send documents to candidates, perform drug screens, and handle onboarding
• Properly document all candidate and client records in the system
• Manage attendance and callouts for 1st shift; backup for 3rd and 2nd as required
• Process CO state sick time requests and referrals to CO FAMLI
• Assist and investigate in the event of a workplace injury, reasonable suspicion, or harassment/bullying

Requirements for Onsite Recruiter

• Customer service/recruiting experience preferred
• Good with computers, fast learner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable to changing work demands and shifting focus
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Ability to mitigate conflict and handle stressful situations
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to multi-task, work well with others, exemplify patience and be team oriented
• Ability to physically leave the desk for facility tours and clean room safety walks
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 24 lbs
