Qualifications

• Ability to respond effectively to site emergencies.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and general repair and maintenance duties.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to arrive at the site promptly to respond to emergencies.
• Ability to utilize basic computer skills and use First Realty computer programs (Outlook, ADP, Entrata).
• Must pass a pre-employment physical.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to exhibit flexibility in scheduling, including on-call hours and coverage at other sites.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily emergencies and routine service work orders.
• Coordinate contracts and oversee contractor activities.
• Maintain the appearance of the site by ensuring cleanliness and upkeep.
• Inventory control and purchasing in conjunction with the manager.
• Meet and communicate with site managers regularly to update on-site issues.
• Assume on-call responsibilities for unforeseen emergencies.
