What The Role Is

Send foreclosure referrals to the attorneys' office and monitor the foreclosure process until complete, including ordering appraisals, property inspections, and property preservation if needed.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Pull documents, prepare foreclosure referrals, and send to the attorneys' office
• Monitor the foreclosure process for timeliness and provide information as needed to the attorney, appraiser, or mortgagor
• Order appraisals, property inspections, and property preservation (as needed) per investor guidelines and monitor completion
• Monitor multiple files and timeframes daily
• Make calls to the mortgagor as needed per investor guidelines
• Handle phone calls from and return calls to mortgagors, appraisers, and the attorneys' office
