Currently seeking a Temporary to Hire Manual Machinist for our Hempstead, Rd location.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Manual Machinist include, but are not limited to:

1. Precision machining of pump parts including, rings, bushings, sleeves, and shafts
2. Ability to handle .001 T.I.R. tolerances on finished products
3. Any other task as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications of the Temporary Manual Machinist include, but are not limited to:

1. 5 years experience on manual lathes and mills
2. Previous pump experience is preferred

Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.

Working Conditions: Shop environment
Education: HS Diploma or GED
