Job summary

Central Bethany Development Co LP in Portland, OR is seeking a Maintenance Porter for the Facilities team on a temporary basis through November 2026. The position offers Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-3:30pm with pay ranging from $21.00 to $21.50 per hour and full-time shift coverage.

Key duties include providing maintenance team support, trash and debris removal, window cleaning, pressure washing sidewalks, occasional light outdoor painting, watering plants, and assisting with other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to use computer/smartphone applications for training and company systems.
• Ability to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies and procedures.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the maintenance team when requested.
• Maintain trash receptacles located throughout the property.
• Pick up loose mail, trash and debris, and dispose of it appropriately.
• Clean windows and perform other general cleaning tasks.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and perform occasional light outdoor painting.
• Water plants.
• Support the Facilities team and perform other duties as assigned.
