Job summary

Coach, a part of the Tapestry family, seeks a Temporary Sales Associate in Jenks, OK. You’ll deliver an elevated shopping experience, aim to meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

The role blends luxury service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive revenue and loyalty. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of luxury retail sales, experience with POS on iPad or mobile devices, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
Experience with POS systems and mobile devices.
Excellent English communication skills; fashion knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Complete daily store operations while maintaining service standards.
