Four Sisters Inns is seeking a Temporary Live-In Hotel Manager to oversee the Inns of Mendocino operations, ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience. This hands-on role requires leading a team across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen, with onsite housing provided for the assignment.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and a flexible, guest-focused mindset, with duties spanning daily operations, safety, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, hospitality, or related management experience required.
• Strong guest-service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property.
• Directly supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Kitchen, and other staff.
• Ensure staff follow policies, safety requirements, and service standards.
• Maintain staffing and coverage across departments.
• Respond to guest needs and operational issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training of team members.
