Job summary

Mendocino Coast Lodge is seeking a Part Time House Attendant to help the housekeeping team maintain the property’s cleanliness and guest comfort. You will contribute to smooth daily operations, ensure rooms and public areas meet high standards, and support the team with linen handling and inventory.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and capable of working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Deliver clean linen bundles to rooms daily.
• Assist with sanitation, safety, and security efforts.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Stock and organize housekeeping supplies and linens.
• Assist with laundry and inventory of linens and supplies.
• Follow department policies, procedures and standards.
