Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Consultant who can connect with residents and prospects, tour apartments, and process applications to maintain a welcoming community.

You will support leasing, marketing, and renewal efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue targets, coordinate with vendors, and uphold Weidner’s Move-In Experience while staying compliant with company policies. A friendly, detail-oriented team player with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with motivation to learn and contribute daily.
• Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text.
• Willing and able to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and open target viewing apartments.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly; set viewing appointments.
• Facilitate the application process and process applications promptly.
• Maintain and follow up on traffic in queue; ensure market-ready apartments and amenities.

Tower 12Position Summary:As a Leasing Consultant, you are a dynamic professional who easily relates and communicates with prospective and current residents of your community. With a warm and energetic personality, you will consistently find joy in creating lasting and positive impressions. This role is responsible for coordinating the communities marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue retention goals. A successful Leasing Consultant is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work.
