Emprime Solutions is seeking a dynamic Temporary Leasing Consultant to join our team in Harrison. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and handle inquiries, ensuring a welcoming experience at our leasing office.

Responsibilities include processing applications, coordinating background screenings, assisting with lease signings, renewals, and maintaining knowledge of pricing and availability. Weekend availability is required to support community showings and events.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.
