Details

• Location: Harrison /Various
• Position Type: Temporary - Part Time/ Full-Time
• Duration: 3+ months, with potential extension

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Process applications and conduct background screenings
• Assist with lease signings and renewals
• Maintain knowledge of community amenities, pricing, and availability
• Ensure the leasing office and tour paths are clean and welcoming
• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) is a plus

Schedule
