Position Summary:This position is needed to assist in the cleaning and processing of seed samples for various crops.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position:High School Graduate
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies :Experience preferred in seed cleaning using lab equipment including seed blowers and screens. Experience preferred in counting and weighing seed samples using a lab scale and packaging seed according to seed inventories.
Physical Demands:Heavy lifting (50 lbs) and working in hot environments (greenhouse and seed lab) and cold environments (cold rooms and freezers).
