The University of Notre Dame is seeking an IT Support Assistant for the on-campus Service Desk. You will configure and deploy computers, monitor security, respond to technical issues, and support faculty in classrooms as part of a large team of assistants.
You should be curious, mission oriented, and driven to learn and grow while delivering outstanding service to end-users across the campus. This position is on-campus with shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., averaging 16–18 hours per week.

Becoming a IT Support Assistant within the Office of Information Technology means working as part of a large team of other assistants to configure and deploy computers, monitor security compliance on computers, respond to technical issues in a timely manner, and other exciting responsibilities. We need creative problem solvers who can communicate with non-technical users and who are able to learn quickly and embrace change.
Please Note : This position is exclusively on-campus, no remote work is available. We will not be offering relocation assistance or bonuses in hiring for this position. Your assigned location could be in locations outside of the main office.
Shifts for this position will be scheduled between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. This position will average 16-18 hours per week.
