This is a temporary position responsible for assisting service center and department personnel with parts provision, research, and communication. Duties include ordering, receiving inventory, performing cycle counts, managing invoices, and handling returns.
This is an essential position; employees are expected to work during City closures or emergencies, including bad weather and shutdowns.
A skills assessment may be required as part of the recruitment process.

A valid Texas Class C Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one by the hire date is required. External hires must meet City Driver Record Evaluation standards.
Working with the City offers benefits such as medical, paid leave, retirement, and training. Pay range: $22.22 – $24.77. Work hours are Monday-Friday, with shifts at 5:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Hours and location may change based on work demands.
