Job summary

Adams 12 Five Star Schools seeks a team-focused UPK educator to deliver a developmentally appropriate preschool program for 3–5-year-olds, including those with disabilities or delays. You will plan lessons, assess progress, and align with district requirements.

You will work with early childhood staff to support inclusive classrooms, conduct family conferences, and help maintain a positive learning environment in Thornton, CO.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate UPK lesson plans and daily routines.
• Collaborate with preschool teachers, assistants, and related service providers.
• Coordinate family conferences and share child progress per district guidelines.
• Coordinate with early childhood admins to support training and supervision of staff.
