Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Manager-level Designer to support the Senior Art Director in creating high-quality, on-brand digital experiences for the Tory Burch customer. You will develop and scale new digital experiences for marketing messages, maintaining a consistent design aesthetic for sites, emails, and digital ads.

You will help deliver assets for monthly site refreshes and 360 brand campaigns, merging content and commerce while inspiring the customer and informing the internal team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in the fashion industry.
• Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Keynote.
• AfterEffects and AEM experience are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in communication design or related field.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Highly driven, proactive and takes initiative.
• A strong background in fashion forward typography and design is a must.
• Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Art Director and VP in developing innovative design concepts for digital experiences (site, email, digital ads, etc.)
• Actively design layouts/comps in collaboration with the editorial team to create compelling stories in line with each season’s inspiration and campaign.
• Actively communicate with cross-functional partners to understand the strategy and deliverables, and articulate creative thinking behind the aesthetic and design decisions
• Understand the learnings from previous campaigns and continue to push the creative
• Research and be inspired by current trends in the fashion and design industry
• Ensure the level of excellence in all creative with a keen eye for typography, graphic design, illustration and animation.
• Maintain guidelines and consistency of site styling and templates – partnering with production an site teams to ensure creative vision is translated across digital platforms

This Manager level Designer will support the Senior Art Director in creating a high quality, on-brand digital experiences for the Tory Burch customer. In this role you will develop and scale new digital experiences for our key marketing messages. This position is key to maintaining a consistent design aesthetic for sites, emails and digital advertising. As well as creating and delivering assets for monthly site refreshes and 360 brand campaigns. The design must inspire and inform the customer as well as the internal team. It will also communicate the inspiration behind the brand, seasonal collections and trends. In this role you will help us elegantly merge content and commerce.

A Day in the Life:
