Job summary

Lb Homes is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Transportation Assistant to cover a leave. You will transport residents and patients to appointments, assist with mobility needs, and work with nursing staff to manage routes. A CNA registry is preferred but not required.

A Class C license is required, with potential for a Class B license. High school diploma or GED is required. Paid orientation, paid sick time, PTO, and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare exposure preferred.
• CNA registry preferred but not required.
• Must have a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate facility vehicles to transport residents and patients to appointments.
• Assist residents with mobility needs and transfer equipment.
• Support nursing staff with routing and scheduling for transports.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate transportation documentation.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
