Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking Temporary Full-Time Clinical Research Coordinators to join its internal temporary staffing service. The roles support trials at UCI Medical Center and campus locations across Orange County.

Responsibilities include coordinating Phase I-IV trials, screening and enrolling participants, managing data entry into CRFs and EDC systems, and ensuring compliance with GCP and university policies. A bachelor's degree is preferred and 3–5 years CRC experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical research processes and trial coordination.
• 3-5 years CRC experience.
• Strong data management and accurate documentation.
• Understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Clear communication and organizational skills.
• English reading and writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Phase I-IV trials from initiation to closeout.
• Screen, interview, and enroll participants and document data per protocols.
• Oversee data management and accurate CRF/EDC entry.
• Ensure adherence to GCP and SOPs.
