Qualifications

• Experience leading a Full Scratch Kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef.
• Ability to craft seasonally curated menus for residents and guests.
• Experience managing fixed food, labor, and product costs.
• Willingness to work holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts as needed.
