Job summary

Taylor Corporation, a leading graphics and printing company, is seeking a Temporary Equipment Operator for Navitor. You will prepare and operate printing equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency across daily runs.

Responsibilities include maintenance, ink preparation, paper and plate checks, color accuracy, and close coordination with the Production Team to meet deadlines. Safety and reliability are emphasized in this role.

• High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others will understand.

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper for correct type, size, color, and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format.
• Visually inspect forms throughout the run for quality.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and reorganize work as needed to meet deadline changes and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for the job and equipment.

Navitor is looking for a Temporary Equipment Operator.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate printing equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards and procedures.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper for correct type, size, color, and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format.

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
• High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of mechanical ability.
• Good reading ability.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
