Taylor Corporation is looking for a Temporary Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will set up and operate printing equipment while ensuring jobs meet quality, production, and safety standards.

Work Authorization:

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate printing equipment according to job specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency
• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity
• Check plates for correct format
• Inspect printed materials throughout the run to ensure quality
• Work with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed
• Follow all safety requirements related to the job and equipment

Your Shift: Sunday - Thursday 2:00pm - 10:00pm

You Must Have:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to make equipment adjustments to required tolerances
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow job instructions
• Ability to work accurately in a production environment

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
