Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Rexburg, Idaho is seeking Seasonal Equipment Operators to join our production team during the holiday season. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling and multiple shift options; starting pay is $15 per hour and training is provided.

You will operate production machinery, perform routine maintenance, check ink, paper, and plates, and work with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines.

Your Opportunity:

We are looking for Seasonal Equipment Operators to join the Taylor Team this holiday season. We’re offering full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling and multiple shift options to choose from. Positions start at $15 per hour and training is provided!

Work Authorization:

To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating production machinery while working at a fast and consistent pace.
• Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format.
• Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality.
• Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.

Your Shift:

Multiple shifts available including days, evenings, and weekends. We will work with your schedule. Positions starting the beginning of October and work through December.

• Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding the English Language.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well with others and promote a positive work environment.
• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.
