County of Riverside is seeking Temporary Elections Assistants (TEAs) to support the Registrar of Voters for the November 3, 2026 election across Riverside County. Roles include vote-by-mail processing, front counter voter assistance, ballot drop-off logistics, and Vote Center support.
TEAs must stand for extended periods, be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and hold a California driver’s license. Training will be provided; overtime and weekend hours may apply, with travel to multiple sites as needed.

8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, including weekends, and holidays with mandatory overtime.

The standard schedule for most positions is 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some assignments may have different schedules or reduced hours during the training period based on operational needs. Employees may occasionally need to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed. Additional schedule details will be provided by the recruiter.
