Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities for preschool children in line with Head Start philosophy.
• Provide infant-toddler caregiving routines in a primary setting.
• Observe and document each child's growth and development; maintain records.
• Ensure services for children with special needs are implemented.
• Assist with safety monitoring and reporting of health/safety concerns.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain sign-in/out sheets.
• Engage parents through in-class activities and monthly conferences.
• Attend trainings and assist in on-site staff development.
