Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a temporary Distribution Clerk in Moonachie, NJ to inspect incoming finished goods and document condition using photography. You will photograph watches, label and organize images, and store them in OneDrive while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse systems or RF scanners.
• Basic English skills to read labels, understand instructions, and follow order specifications.
• Standing for extended periods, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and go up and down ladders safely.
• Push, pull, reach, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Must be able to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends when workload requires.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming finished goods for damage, scratches, defects, or other concerns.
• Take clear, accurate photographs of watches during the inspection process.
• Label photographs accurately according to established procedures.
• Organize photographs by order, style, model, or other required identifier.
• Save and maintain photographs in the designated OneDrive folder.
• Verify that all required photographs are complete, clear, and properly stored.
• Communicate any identified damage or concerns to the appropriate distribution or management team.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling product and order information.
• Follow all department procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide support in other warehouse areas, including VAS Pre-pack and Vault, based on business needs and operational volume.
• Perform additional distribution-related duties as assigned to support departmental priorities and maintain workflow.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Distribution Clerk to support the inspection and documentation of incoming finished goods. This position will carefully inspect watches for visible damage, scratches, defects, or other conditions that require attention and will use an iPad to take clear, accurate photographs to document the product’s condition.

• This position requires standing for extended periods of time, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and go up and down ladders safely.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish positive working relationships with a diverse team.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude, multi-task with a team player mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

The hourly rate for this position is $15.92
