Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is hiring multiple temporary warehouse associates to support our Distribution Center. The Picker is responsible for picking, preparing, packing, and moving products accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.

Day shift; No overnight shifts. Must be at least 18 years old. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Basic computer skills and ability to use RF scanners are needed. You must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse systems or RF scanners.
• Basic English skills to read labels, understand instructions, and follow order specifications.
• Position requires standing for extended periods and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends when workload requires.

Responsibilities

• Pick product from carousel, rack, and shelf location according to assigned orders or picking tickets.
• Move product and materials between warehouse areas using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy.
• Assist with shipment put away in carousels, racks, and shelves.
• Create tote manifests while maintaining focus on manifest placement in totes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick product from carousel, rack, and shelf location according to assigned orders or picking tickets.
• Move product and materials between warehouse areas using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy.
• Assist with shipment put away in carousels, racks, and shelves.
• Create tote manifests while maintaining focus on manifest placement in totes.
• Make sure the number of open totes is sufficient to the orders that need to be processed in the vault daily and throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse systems or RF scanners.
• Basic English skills to read labels, understand instructions, and follow order specifications.
• This position requires standing for extended periods of time, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and go up and down ladders safely.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish positive working relationships with a diverse team.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude, multi-task with a team player mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Must be able to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends when workload requires.

Hourly range for this position is $15.92 - $17.50 per hour.
