Qualifications

• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities and Autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care in clients' homes.
• Support daily living activities and community integration.
• Transport to medical appointments and community outings.
• Follow individualized service plans and safety protocols.
