Tommy Bahama is seeking a temporary Digital Marketing Manager to maintain continuity across our digital programs while a teammate is on parental leave. You will oversee two external agencies—our digital advertising and affiliate marketing partners—ensuring campaigns stay on track, budgets are accurate, and momentum is preserved during the transition.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with Marketing focus preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Generally 5+ years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience, in-house or agency-side.
• Proven experience managing external agency or vendor partners across paid media and affiliate programs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain continuity of digital marketing programs during leave.
• Manage two external agencies: digital advertising and affiliate marketing.
• Oversee campaign execution, spend, and performance across both relationships.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, invoices, and monthly reconciliations.
• Provide performance analysis and actionable feedback to leadership.
