Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Manager to support the Diablo IV Marketing team for the Season 16 launch through January 2027.

This hands-on role coordinates content production, reviews, approvals, and publishing oversight with the social agency and internal partners to keep day-to-day social operations running smoothly. The role reports to the Director, Social & Content and is based in the United States with a remote option within the US; it will help develop Season 17

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in social media, social operations, or content production.
• Experience coordinating social calendars, creative production and agency workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Diablo social content calendar and coordinate schedules with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, and approvals to keep work on schedule.
• Support development of the Season 17 social agency brief using established templates and guidance; not owning broader social strategy.
• Coordinate social assets across platforms, ensuring publishing readiness and approvals.
