Start date: ASAP|Compensation: up to $120/hour (W2 or 1099)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry for all ages (composite & amalgam restorations, simple extractions, endo on anteriors/premolars, crown/bridge, removable prosth).
• Diagnose and present treatment clearly to patients; collaborate with hygienists on perio care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes.
• Oversee clinical team to ensure exceptional safety and standards.

What We’re Looking For

• DDS/DMD with active Virginia license.
• Minimum 1year of clinical experience.
• Comfortable working in a highvolume, singledoctor setting.
• Professionalism, compassion, and a teamfirst mindset.

Schedule & Term

• Coverage needed immediately: ideal commitment is 4–12weeks, but shorter blocks or longer associate trials are welcome.
• Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

Compensation & Perks
