What You’ll Do

1. Provide comprehensive general dentistry for all ages, including composite & amalgam restorations, simple extractions, endo on anteriors/premolars, crown/bridge, and removable prosth.
2. Diagnose and clearly present treatment options to patients; collaborate with hygienists on periodontal care.
3. Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes.
4. Oversee the clinical team to ensure exceptional safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

1. DDS/DMD degree with an active Virginia license.
2. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
3. Comfortable working in a high-volume, single-doctor setting.
4. Professionalism, compassion, and a team-first mindset.
5. Thriving schedule: approximately 20–25 patients per day for the doctor, plus a steady hygiene program (~20 patients/day).
