Position Description:

The school counselor works directly with students, strategizes with teams so students are academically and socially successful, plans with the school leadership team for staff development, and communicates with parents.The counselor willcollaborate with staff to implement academic and social support systems that engage and ensure success for all students; focus on counseling that is integrated with learning and charactereducation thatpromotes a growth mindset and academic progress.
