JOB TITLE: Temporary, Coordinator, Integrated Media & Production

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Integrated Media & Production

CONTRACT DURATION: Until July 2027

JOB PURPOSE:

The Temporary, Coordinator, Integrated Media & Production, supports the execution and operational management of all Americas media initiatives for the couture division. Operating as a key liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and Paris HQ, the role oversees day-to-day media operations, creative workflows, financial tracking, and campaign reporting across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

• At least 1 year of prior professional experience in media, marketing, advertising, or project coordination
• Full-time availability with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with numbers, financial tracking, budgets, and billing reconciliations
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude with a strong interest in luxury fashion and media

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $70,000- $80,000 annually, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
