Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience as Controller or senior-level accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Manage general ledger activity and month-end close.
• Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with cash management.
• Prepare and review journal entries and financial transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide financial information and reporting to company leadership.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies or issues.
• Support the accounting function and assist with other financial projects as needed.
