A temporary concierge is responsible for providing efficient and high-quality customer service to guests and residents of a building or establishment They assist with various tasks such as making reservations arranging transportation handling luggage and providing information about local attractions This position is suitable for individuals without previous experience as training will be provided The salary for this role is 1100$ per month and includes accommodation We are open to candidates from any nationality with a valid visa

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
• Make reservations for dining transportation or other activities
• Assist guests with luggage and other personal belongings
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to management
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the establishment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Excellent communication skills in English additional language proficiency is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic computer skills for reservation systems email communication etc
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must have own valid visa or work permit if required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of luggage or other items

As a temporary concierge you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry while working in a fast-paced environment This role requires adaptability as you will interact with different guests on a daily basis
