Coast Property Management is seeking a temporary Community Manager in Shoreline, WA. This full-time, on-site role requires leading the on-site team, supervising leasing and maintenance, and ensuring smooth daily operations during the temporary assignment.

You will oversee resident relations, rent collection, notices, renewals, and collaborate with maintenance and leadership to uphold Fair Housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or community management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to supervise leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and general operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and on-site contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Washington State laws and regulations.
• Review rental applications and leases for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain on-site operations and respond to resident inquiries promptly.
• Assist in budgeting and monthly variance reports.
