INLIVIAN is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician II to keep apartments, offices, and common areas safe, clean, and welcoming for residents. The role includes basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks, unit turnovers, and preventive maintenance across the properties.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and either an Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of maintenance, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and

• Valid NC and SC driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work on maintenance and repairs in apartments, common areas, and offices.
• Assist with basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
• Complete unit turnovers and make‑ready cleaning.
• Maintain grounds, walkways, and landscaped areas.
• Respond to work orders and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Help ensure our communities remain safe, clean, and welcoming.
