Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Temporary Collision Porter in Forney, TX. You’ll keep vehicles clean before delivery, assist with pre-washes, and help maintain a neat shop and production areas while supporting repair operations.

Prior automotive detailing or porter experience is preferred; high attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a valid driver's license are required. This role offers hourly pay with benefits, and opportunities to advance within the collision services team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
