Tekton Research Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for a temporary role in Wichita, KS. This position coordinates day-to-day trial activities, ensures adherence to GCP and regulatory standards, and serves as a liaison among investigators, sponsors, and participants.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple trials concurrently. Prior CRC experience and knowledge of EDC/CTMS are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Health Sciences, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
• Recruit, screen, consent, and schedule study participants per protocol.
• Collect, process, package, and ship laboratory specimens per protocol and sponsor requirements.
• Maintain source documentation, regulatory binders, and study records in compliance with GCP and FDA regulations.
• Monitor participant safety and promptly report adverse events.
• Submit regulatory documents including IRB submissions and protocol amendments.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and study staff to ensure successful study conduct.
• Assist with monitoring visits, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Use EDC and CTMS to maintain accurate study data.
