Job summary

Tekton Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) for a temporary, on-site role in Texas. You will manage daily coordination of clinical trials, ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of CRC experience, knowledge of GCP and FDA guidelines, and experience with EDC systems and CTMS. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of six months to one year of CRC experience.
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and clinical research processes.
• Experience with pediatric and adult phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Experience maintaining regulatory documentation and source records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
• Recruit, screen, consent, and schedule study participants.
• Collect, process, package, and ship laboratory specimens per protocol.
• Maintain source documentation and regulatory binders in compliance with GCP and FDA regs.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events promptly.
• Prepare IRB submissions, continuing reviews, and amendments.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and study staff for successful conduct.
• Assist with monitoring visits, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Utilize EDC and CTMS to maintain accurate study data.
• Ensure protocol compliance and uphold participant care and research integrity.
