Tekton Research in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a temporary on-site Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to oversee day-to-day study coordination, ensure GCP compliance, and safeguard participant safety.

The CRC will manage study start-up to close-out, recruit and screen participants, collect specimens, and maintain regulatory documentation. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced clinical trials environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of six months to one year of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
approved by GCP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and clinical research processes.
Experience with pediatric and adult phlebotomy and specimen processing.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple studies.
Experience maintaining regulatory documentation and source records.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
Recruit, screen, consent, and schedule participants according to protocol.
Collect, process, package, and ship laboratory specimens as required.
Maintain regulatory binders and study records in compliance with GCP and FDA regulations.
Monitor participant safety and report adverse events.
Prepare and submit IRB submissions and protocol amendments.
Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and monitors for successful study conduct.
Assist with monitoring visits, sponsor audits, and inspections.
Utilize EDC and CTMS to maintain accurate data.
Ensure protocol compliance while upholding participant care and research integrity.
